  2. However, there are also products sold in the market that are very useful to strengthen your ones, such as silicon, calcium, cystine and zinc supplements.
  3. Olive oil and aloe vera: Inside a bowl, place a tablespoon of aloe vera gel one to a few drops of olive oil, preferably virgin. Once this is done, use a cotton ball or disc to apply the mixture on your nails and let it absorb completely.
  4. Olive oil alone: fill half a cup with olive oil and soak your nails to let them soak for at least 20 minutes, after that time you just have to remove the oil using a neutral soap. Masks with natural products are excellent treatments for nail problems and to reduce dryness. It is for this reason that olive oil becomes a perfect product, which will allow your nails to look better, due to its high amount of fatty acids and vitamins.

  6. Chamomile and mint: for this treatment you must first make a mixture with two healthy ingredients that we usually have on hand such as chamomile and mint. Pour two tablespoons of chamomile and five fresh mint leaves into a cup of boiling water. Let the preparation sit for 30 minutes and then add a quarter tablespoon of olive oil, along with two tablespoons of wheat flour to get a paste. When the consistency is indicated, cover your nails with a little of that paste and let it act for an hour. The mind and chamomile have properties that strengthen your nails and eliminate dryness.
  7. Castor oil: this is a fairly simple treatment, since you only have to wet a piece or a cotton disc with a little castor oil, and then apply it to the nails giving massages.
